I payed for express shipping and received my tracking number 8 days ago and still have not received my package or an arrival date. My tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days as well. Any information?

Hi my tracking information still has not been updated and has said that it has left a shipping partner facility on November 6 and has not changed since. It’s now been 8 days of shipping even tho I paid for express shipping as well.

Still no update to tracking information? Is my package still coming?
